I find Warlock to be the most useful for me. I haven't tried Fantman, don't have him as a 7* yet.

If you have fantman. Then definetely him for both attack and defence.

Redskull, Warlock, bastion, sentinel, shuri, arcade, arnim zola, jack o lantern, ironheart and guardian etc are all good. @UnOriginal
