Aw rewards

Kabam aren't we supposed to get previous season rewards if we finish lower we didn't play and got plat 6 rewards although we ended at plat 4 last season please clarify

In another thread they said the difference will come via message they have to go through the data

But i already got the reward and they're not so generous that they'll give rewards twice
