Banned alt

I’ve been a player for over 10 yrs and never cheated, used 3rd party apps or hacks and never given my login details out. Then tried to log into an alt and it got a ban for 7 days. Very perplexing and crazy to think what their algorithm says was done especially since it was one alt and I have more then one. Who do I need to email to have this corrected or looked into. @Kabam Miike
