Not getting the Event quest prices in Chapter 1.1

Hi, I noticed in my first run in the Event Quest Chapter 1.1, that I did not get the prices I should have gotten. I thought it was just some mistake on my part, but now in my second run I did not get either. Now because of the energy shortage I have been playing the game less so it is even more annoying.

Also I have not gotten the Summer Festivities milestones. Have I been banned from getting rewards?
