Screwed in SQ

So without checking the objectives I completed the side quest and apparently I didn't defeat ironheart with a saga tagged champ( bad luck when I had two on my team but always used serpent for her 🥲). Can I write a ticket to reverse the reward for one entry cost is that viable or have I lost any chance at those awakening shards

It's not their fault that you failed to do the objective. There's no reason for them to take any action. Sucks, but it is what it is.

Yes used all four. Yeah I know it's my fault not theirs, just asking if the rewards can be revered for one run in return for the entry token. That doesn't seem unreasonable and yes again my bad, fault, ignorance if it doesn't get reversed.
