Invisible woman arena

Are the milestone rewards for this arena progression based?
I just saw a video from Seatin where it showed a lot of relic shards in the milestones but my milestones have none at all.
What am I missing here?

Looks like Kabam has used some cool technology instead of using selectors to gate rewards

Interesting thing I didn't notice is you can't use all your 2* and 3*. I compared those available in arena to use against my roster of 2 and 3 stars. Curious which ones are not restricted? Is it a particular tag?
