Bishop or Cyclops. Cyclops has one of the biggest special damage in the game, plus true focus that can bypass evade.

It also depends on your in game goals. Are you targeting Battlegrounds, A.W.? Or story quest and event quests ?

Bishop is a great option. Storm is still a nuke and on nodes or game modes that reward (read: require) Prowress, she's one of the best options (though Bishop is too for this exact same reason).
