Research grant conversion not showing

I was watching seatin's video regarding this new fun fair event and his traders outpost shows research grant conversion option and i don't see that in mine.
Anybody else having the same issue?

I believe you need to buy the 7* bundle first for it to populate. It should pop up after they can no longer be earned for those that can't get or don't want the bundle.

WTH! I bought that 6* deal and then i didn't have enough to buy 7* reed but different offer pop up! That offer has only 6* reed.

I don't want this guy, i already have him as 6* sig 60.

When you buy either bundle, a new offer of just the champion without the gems pops up so that people can awaken him if they want to.

I completely agree behind that logic, but i want 7 star shard conversion deal which i'm not getting in store. That's the issue

The 7* conversion doesn't happen until you either buy the 7* bundle or the event has ended and you can no longer acquire research grants.

Okay! so i should've waited for it to end. I didn't to buy 6* bundle at the first place as well. Anyways, Thanks a lot for information.

We will need to wait till October for the store for research grant Packs are over, then Kabam will open the conversion to Shards.

Well, there's just six days left and I still don't have the option to trade for shards (didn't buy either offer: don't want another 6* and not enough for the 7*, so I just want shards)

At this point, it seems that only players that purchased the 7* bundle get access to the 7* shard trade-in. Everyone else gets the option of a bit of gold.

Me too, been thinking about asking on forums for clarification. I don't want another 6* reed as well. It would be nice to trade for some 7* shards.

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex @KabamPinwheel guys, can you please give some clarification on research grant conversion? Will we get 7* shards conversion offer or we have to use our grants for gold?
