Hey!
I was playing BG and suddenly it got completely broken.
The fight did not start after I pressed ready button. Instead I was just watching timer ticking. After it finished I was able to see my opponent's results.
The last round champions selection screen got completely broken. All champions were shown on the bottom line, not allowing to see who picked who.
And, again, after I pressed ready button the fight did not start, I could only happily watch ticking timer and after it ended I saw my opponent's results and lost the match.

https://youtu.be/hn2mIsMTe0MIt was an absolutely winnable BG match for me. But I lost it. And not because of my fault, not because of bad AI.
JUST BECAUSE THE GAME DID NOT LET ME INTO THE FIGHT!!!
Really, I cannot resist my anger! You force us to play a lot of matches first week to reach GC and such bugs make this process even longer and harder.
Of course nobody will return me back my lost point, nobody will compensate me elder marks which I spent on this fight and which I will spend on additional fight I will need to do to reach next level. And, the worst, nobody will compensate me my lost time on this BG match and when writing this post.
Why cannot you fix the BG to be a playable mode, I think you should do that if you are constantly telling that BG are in focus. Show us that, fix the issues with BG that struggle the players!
