Do 1 completion run through Classic.
Then do Elder.
Each path (in both Classic and Elder) will get you Etherion, which is the reward currency for milestones.
Exploring Elder will get you the max Etherion and result in all the rewards which include what would have normally been in exploring the lower difficulties.
Classic is old style EQ. Elder is Gauntlet style.
The rewards tab screenshot you posted shows
1- Total Rewards you'll get if you explore Classic.
2-Total Rewards you'll get if you explore Elder.
Rewards are not unique to one difficulty. They do not add up.
To get the rewards, each quest gives Etherion (ignore the word ethieron and just assume it as tickets)
Those tickets unlock rewards, the Green button "Rewards milestone"
Completion on classic difficulty unlocks elder.
Elder is single champ per fight quest. It have enough tickets to cover every single ticket milestone (etherion).
When you explore Elder EQ, the classic difficulty gets auto explored. Plus you get all tickets to unlock 100% rewards.
Rewads ui is not user frindly, but they all go into stash directly.
Massively increased health pools. Overtuned AI. Difficulty level set by your prestige, so you have no option to choose lower difficulty levels.
Each map at the Elder level has 16 fights and you get to bring one champ that needs to be swapped out after each fight. But health loss persists from one fight to the next, so you’re running a very difficult 16 node fight with one champ’s worth of health. Crazy node buffs. Basically, long, difficult quests that are a massive item drain with marginal rewards.
Somebody at Kabam had a massive meltdown and decided to ruin one of the few remaining fun parts of the game. Tragic miscalculation. Not even the content creators on YouTube are trying to defend this. Everybody agrees it is a disaster.

Give it 3 months, hopefully by then EQ will be fixed and playable as how EQ was supposed to be played but apparently new "hires" thought, "heyyyy, why not mess/test with EQ 3 times in 3 months" just to completely ignore the results of those 3 tests and give us 1 million HP 16 fights of EQ disguised as scuffed Mini-WoF with even scuffed rewards.
I mean even Lagacy said it took him 6 hours to get the EQ done, now imagine how much time a casual with less developed roaster, less skills and less knowledge about nodes interactions will need to grind it on? Crazy times.
