I tested in Rol but no charge from his teammate win. Only add charge when he wins

He does only get charges when he enters a fight - so if you win with someone else you won’t gain charges until you go into a fight with him.

Did you enter a fight with him afterwards? He only gains those charges upon entering a fight

i take turn of him and his teammate, first fight (the maker)- second fight(teammate), next fight the maker….
but he didn’t gain charge

Just tested this myself and it worked just fine. Did a fight with him, maxed his charges during that fight, then gave 3 prefights to Viv for the next fight, taking him down to 5. Went into the fight after that with him and he went from 5 to 7 when the fight started.
