Hello, I have completed all 4 runs in the quest Boss Rush: Big Blue week 2. However, I accidentally forgot to complete the objective Out of Sight 2.
I submitted a ticket however they will not correct this for me and I do not understand why. Why cant Kabam just subtract rewards from my account that I would get from doing 1 single run and return a single Petrified Eye for another entry. As long as rewards are deducted then its like i never did the 4rth run.
It can not be that hard to do, im sure Kabam deducts rewards and items from players accounts when they accidentally open something or want a refund of a real money purchase.
Also they said that they can not help because I already quit the quest...
Then why do they say the statement i circled? Even if they cannot deduct rewards and return an Eye, cant they just mark it as completed for me? If you look at my roster and plethora of revives, healthpots, and boosts.. its obvious I can do it. Lol I even offered that they can take 10 revives, 15 health pots, and 1 of each top level boosts even though I did my runs with less. Still nothing, that ask is a bit much but why cant Kabam do the first? Please Kabam/Fellow Summoners help 😀
