After i did not get my compensation yet i contacted kabam. While they admit that they have never said you have to stay in the ally until the compensation finally came (cause it took them long enough) they are now saying they can not compensate me anymore since i switched to another ally. Everyone knows that with the new global you need to practice fights and set the ally up with the new players, that is why i made the switch already. I ended in p2 last season cause of the compensation we would get for p1 of the previous one, so that is a loss of 50k radiance. I kept responding and telling i should get that compensation cause i earned it. But now they are closing the ticket. They could even tell when i swapped allies so it shouldn’t be too hard to compensate me. I am playing for over ten years now and this is beyond crazy for me.
