Radiance last BG season

I’m just curious if anyone didn’t get there Radiance rewards from last BG season. I never received mine. I made to Gladiators Circuit. I only got the smaller rewards which was one thing and I don’t remember what it was. I can’t submit a ticket because it keeps saying the info I entered is wrong when trying to log in. I know it’s not wrong because it’s been the same since day 1 10 years ago. Any help or info would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
