You can check how much etherium you by clicking on the icon that shows gold loyalty chips and battlechips in the top beside your profile

You can spend that etherium in the store for bundles

No, that's mysterium. Etherium is earned through the EQ and is used to unlock the rewards milestones, but it does so automatically and is not stored anywhere in your inventory.
