Role force charges not being gained?

I'm in raids and using white tiger against gentle. the prompt states to do 5 light hits, which i do and I gain no role force charges. This has happened to me multiple times in this fight against gentle. Surely this is a bug? Im wasting resources as i have the most charges but I can't gain any for my team?

Yes, this Gentle in particular (this position on the map) has had this bug ongoing for as long as he's been in the Raids

You do some fights and Role Force is working correctly.. then say on your 4th fight or something.. you go in and it's randomly completely broken and you can actually see the icons cycle through (showing the prompts are being completed, but it just keeps keep resetting itself and you never get the orange icons

I have footage from last month just to show what happens.. I didn't record it in the Gentle fight, but that's where it usually happens.. but last month (post fix) Sassy was having the issue as well as shown here

I have the same problem with vision as well. Just flat out not gaining charges sometimes. Same node as well.

Did you have buffs on you when you tried to gain role force charges? Because you need buffs on you…

Yea i had the fury from white tiger sp1. This is crazy, kabam needs to fix this, seems like its not just me and ongoing issue.
