Return of Rebirth?

The Rebirth selector has turned back up in my account with a 10 day timer.
Is it the same for everyone and has anyone heard of any upcoming chances to get more Rebirth tokens?
Would be a good move imo for a couple of reasons.
1.usually we have a chance to get all or at least most of the event champions,but this event limited us to 2-4 depending on what content you could complete and what offers you could get in a small window(the Rebirth crystal double up bundle)
2.most people grabbed Cull and then chose between AntiVenom and Viv,or either both unduped or 1 duped etc.some people chose others,but since the event we are seeing that Doc Voodoo in particular would also be a great addition to rosters,especially for the power control.
So I for one am hoping this isn't a glitch.

It should be available for everyone, but there will be no way they've announced to get more tokens. Pretty sure they just enabled it again cuz they were receiving a large volume of tickets from summoners that forgot to exchange their tokens

It was a legend month event. It ended when the legend month ended.

And previous comment explained the reason why it's back. They have the numbers. They know how many unclaimed token are still there in peoples accounts.
