Who should I consider as my potential R3 champs

Want to push valient got some good champs whom I can take to R3 need proper guidance to upgrade.
Note: consider alliance war and quest

My choice would be Werewolf or Rintrah with your roster

Silk carries through all of act 9. Even in war she is good
