Are strikers bugged?

Been having a few issues with strikers, thought the first his was missing but wasn't sure, defenders are blocking the strikers and just had all 3 hits just miss a blocking defender...

Seems to be the defender is blocking the striker anytime i throw it as an intercept they isnta block

it’s a different issue, but I have noticed subpar performance in activating strikers at all. Especially in raids. I can pound the striker button at the end of combos and frequently, nothing is happening.

Strikers and Special attacks are both bugged and being blocked. Wth is going on with this game.

I usually have my striker blocked atleast once a day. I've seen it in BGs, AW, and daily event quest.

Luckily its just been happening to me in SQ and not BG or War but frustrating none the less

I had it happen to me a couple times in RAIDS - really really frustrating.
