Counter argument to the NERF reasons

Kabam : Spider-Woman is overperforming as a defender. We gave her 3.5/5 but she is behaving 4/5 let's remove the thing that doesn't even add much to defensive value.

Counter : KABAM gave Spider-Woman 3.5/5 on utility removing the ensnare will make her 2.5/5 on utility as an attacker ( which clearly goes against the very reason they gave for changing her )

Solution : Give her another way to counter evade ( pursuit or slow ) and call it a day or better DON"T CHANGE HER YOU COWARDS!!!

I don't think the removal of ensnare is about countering evade. They designed her knowing full well she would be an evade counter as ensnare has 100% chance to counter evade. It's the aar reduction that meant she could (with the right luck) counter problem defenders like serpent, dark pheonix, NF second life etc.

They don't like that as that makes her 'too powerful' and kabam don't like us having champs that are useful over a range of match ups. They want champs that do one fight well (judging by the announcement hers is supposed to be just enchantress) so they can sell the next champ to counter the next 5/5 defender.

Can't sell the solution if everyone already has it.

What makes SW overpowered is KABAM'S AI. I just played her in BG. Why tf is she spamming SP1s into my block? Im literally not moving & she just throws it. The AI has been broken for YEARS... but its easier for them to just nerf champs, I guess.
