Kabam..you design the characters right?

I honestly do not get the balance team. Kabam makes the characters. They can design them and test them and change them as much as they want before they go on sale. Customers purchase crystals, gems, rank up materials to invest in them. Then 6 months to a year later Kabam just makes the product they sold you worse? What kind of business model is this? You sell your customers a product and there is no guarantee they won't change the product you bought in the future? Get the characters right the first time. Kabam, I know you have to realize how unfair it is to nerf a character after people have put tons of valuable (and expensive) resources into them. Also, read the room. I am trying to be fair here but to be honest its been a rough month of own goals. Maybe a nerf to a very popular character shouldn't have dropped in the middle of a very tumultuous time when a lot of the players are already upset with the current player experience.
