Level up trouble

Idk if this is how I’m supposed to do this but it seems that I’m not leveling up even when I get my level xp, the blue bar hasn’t went up

If you are level 60 then you need to make it to Valiant to can start earning refined XP, which is 1,000 times regular XP. 60-61 is about 135m XP, so it will take forever without it.
