Bring back the old forum

I don't like to talk about other people's work, but in 2014, with almost no HTML knowledge, I did something better.
It's crazy. No one asked for this change. I kept quiet because I thought people would complain and you would backtrack, but apparently not.
Things are out of place, it's incredibly visually cluttered. I'm sure this is one of the worst forum layouts I've ever seen, and it easily competes for one of the worst websites I've ever visited on the internet.
Even the Kabam moderators stopped responding. It's unhealthy; whoever made this change should go straight to jail. The fact that anyone would ever encounter this should be a crime against honor and humanity. Every time I access this forum, my eyes hurt and my neurons melt trying to figure out where things are.

We get it, but did you actually try to read any of the responses the mods gave on the subject before? Thier forums are hosted by a separate company. Said company made an update and this is what happened. They can't force the change to go back to the way it was and instead are trying to fix it themselves now.

Bud it’s quite literally impossible to find any mods comments now without literally reading every comment on every post while scanning for their usernames. So it’s on them that no one knows this. And yes it is on them the forums are screwed up. I don’t care who they outsource it to, they choose who to work with and they are ultimately responsible for their own forums. Outsourcing something doesn’t automatically resolve you of all blame if that thing completely fails. Absolutely clown world that the forums have been like this for what, 2 months now?

Seriously though, I hate Discord servers… I'd sooner turn around and yell out my office window and expect a credible response to a question

I think a lot of the recent ill will towards Kabam is also because of the change to the forums. It's driven away so much conversation and feedback, it's shocking how damaging a simple change can be.

It's definitely made communication that was already less than it used to be much worse.

As @Sambob says above, the moderators are effectively invisible. So even when they're active, people mostly miss it.

Agree that the look is not how we want it. Literally emailing with them everyday this week and last working to try and get some of our old useability back. It's an ongoing process...

Obviously the mod visibility with the new forum format is awful. But in the interim you could always bookmark the message history of the mods and it will allow you to see any messages they have posted. Links below
