Spider-Woman Clown Fiesta Proves Kabam Is Tone-Deaf and Brian Grant Was Right
The Spider-Woman clown fiesta is just Kabam proving once again they're completely tone-deaf to the player base. I've stuck around for 8+ years, dropped 2–3 grand every year, and have whaled out every July 4th and Cyber Weekend like a loyal cash cow. And for what? Another arbitrary nerf, another round of gaslighting. At this point, calling it a game is generous - it's an abusive relationship dressed up with Marvel skins. Kabam loves to pretend this is a free-to-play game, but let's be real - it's clearly a pay-to-win game. Every new update tilts harder toward spenders cruising ahead while F2P players choke on dust. And Kabam doesn't care, because as long as whales keep swiping cards, the milking machine stays on full blast.
But guess what? This straw snapped my back. Sigil canceled. Wallet closed. I'm free-to-play now, and honestly? It's liberating! Brian Grant saw the red flags long ago, and he bailed - smart man! And the way Kabam's moving forward, plenty more are going to follow him out the door.
