There should be a confirmation pop up when buying the premium crystals for units.
I went into the crystal page to open some crystals and a selector popped up I clicked confirm. It appeared the game didn’t register my click so I went to click again and I hit the 3000 unit option. I should have stopped but I spastically tapped my screen and popped the crystals.
I never intended to buy let alone open these crystals, and the realization I spent my units on them is crushing. If there were a button to confirm my purchase I think this could have been avoided. I have also heard from friends in the game that this has happened to others they know (at lease the purchase part and not the opening part).
Since they are open there is nothing Kabam can do, which while I understand, has made me frustrated that this could happen at all. I am hoping to help all summoners avoid this issue in the future as I am out of $100+ in units.
