Kabam Support is Not working... What is going on with this game?!

So I created a ticket and got a reply, after I replied back and got a response to it, I cant send any emails to kabam support. Like my email was blocked or kabam's support email broke. I created a new ticket referring the old ticket and they closed it, referring back to the 1st ticket I can't send the replies to anymore.

this is what they do when they can't justify their reasoning, cant or won't help you. They ask you for something stupid to reply to and then you can't reply and they close the ticket. The exact same thing happened to me. I sent a second ticket and they said it was a duplicate ticket.

Created another ticket to ask about the kabamsupport email problem. And got the same exact reply thay the original ticket exists and I have to reply to that one. But the email Won't deliver.... How am I supposed to work with kabam on that ticket??!
