Not Another Spider-Woman Thread

Yes, this is Not Another Spider-Woman Thread, I promise.

Instead, I’ve been looking at what to do with my game time, and honestly, I have zero interest in the new adaptive difficulty event quest. So rather than banging my head against that wall, I’m turning back to older content and working on 100% completion of Act 6. And yes, I know the rewards are outdated and most people wouldn’t bother wasting their time with it, but honestly, it’s been pretty nostalgic going back through that content again.

That, of course, means facing the Grandmaster once more. Back when we first tackled him, he was one of the most difficult fights in the game, and it’s been a long while since I last attempted him. So here in 2025, I’d like to know: is there now a “go-to” champion for this fight, or is it still a matter of mastering the mechanics with whoever you bring?

I’ll definitely check out some of the YouTubers’ updated guides, but I’d really like to hear from those of you who’ve recently gone through it. Any champion recommendations or even team setups would be much appreciated.

Thanks people. Sounds like Juggs is the way then. Good counter for the reverse controls phase too I presume. I’ve got him as a 7*… not awakened though.
