Which Tech Champ Should I Use AG on +r4

Super conflicted on the tech class rn. I have a tech AG and no tech r4s out of my 9 r4s, so who should I use it on? My options are 7 star r1 Arnim zola, 7 star r1 ultron, 7 star r1 fantman, 7 star r1 ironheart, 7 star r1 prowler, 7 star r1 maker, 7 star r2 jack, 7 star r2 infamous, 7 star r2 solvarch 7 star r3 warlock. I am willing to master all of these champs and they’re all unduped.
