Is it only me or does anyone else have the same issue

I've been wanting to exchange my research grands for 7 star crystal shards since 20 days but i couldn't find the option to exchange the research grands in my traders outpost since I've become Paragon recently....is it a bug or is there any other place to exchange my research grands!

I think your progression advancement probably now requires the 7* purchase first

The 7* exchange only appears once the event has ended or after you have purchase the 7* bundle.
