Did Kabam Forget About General Compensation?

Just making a quick post here since this hasn’t been mentioned in a bit. Along with the AW and AQ compensations, a general one was promised for the performance issues. The game is never going to run perfectly so why hold it off? Feeling like it just won’t come bc it’s been so long.
