6 star Champ Vs 7 star Champ

I recently fully upgraded my 6-star Photon and now she appears in 7-star raids.

Since I also have a 7-star Photon, could you please clarify if the resources required for upgrading a 6-star Photon remain the same as for a 7-star Photon, or if they might differ? Additionally, would you expect the resources necessary for upgrading a 7-star Champion to be different from those required for upgrading an 6-star Champion?

to upgrade 6* r4 and r5 uses some of the same resources to rank up the 7* such as t3a t6b t6cc t5cc etc
