How to locate email address attached to account

I've been working with support to recover an account. The issue is my 9 year old son linked the account to an email address he has no idea (probably non existent email) kabam refuses to help locate the email address so I am at a loss. I literally purchased them new devices so they could actually play the game but kabam isn't offering any solutions. Anyone know how to locate this information?
