Compensation required for spider woman debacle by Kabam !

we as players have invested lot of effort on the champs especially f2p players..saving up resources and finding the right champs to play and have fun in the game. If you guys are just releasing the champs without freakin doing a proper testing and then saying.."oh the champ we released is overpowered and we need to nerf"..i mean so what does that mean to players...

we need compensation for this mess you guys created..like rank up resources for 7 stars, titan crystals etc. People play this game and help you grow because they care..and if you are just going to mess with people..i mean..dont know what to say in this public platform. Just make a game that gives fun to people..and we need compensations for the money, resources, time we spend on ranking this champ !!!!!

The compensation would be rank down tickets. Notice you didn't mention those. Probably because you wouldn't rank her down post buff anyway.

Honestly, all the compensation talk all the time by the playerbase is part of the problem. When something is broken in this game the following process should be standard…

Kabam needs to confirm the problem.
A plan needs to be put in place to fix the problem.
Safegaurds need to be implemented to make sure it doesn't happen again.
There should be some sort of metric or standard to evaluate if compensation is needed.

I am a relatively new player, but there is a reason this game has had problems for years and are not fixed. Part of the problem is that the playerbase doesn't demand a fix. We just bi+ch about compensation.

Come Friday all the compensation in the world is worthless if Kabam doesn't say there is a fix for the connection problems. FYI, I lost a BG's match yesterday because of a lost connection, and Kabam's response was it was my fault but restart and update the launcher… :-(

it’s true , there are known issues in kabam, with server downs and event quests, it’s known by kabam as players keep posting about the L’s kabam have been putting these past months.
The developers need to fix all this and compensation just to ease the players minds.
