Serpent's ability to decrease bleed duration is bugged?
When serpent is inflicted with a bleed debuff, the duration of incoming bleed debuff is reduced by 90% (according to the text in his abilities). However this does not apply in aw/ bgs where opponents might have deep wounds activated. I tried this by using Nick fury against serpent in practice mode where Nick's bleed lasted way longer than it was supposed to.
Also in tile 3 of aw which inflicts bleed based on armour up buff, bleeds inflicted on him last longer than they are supposed to even if opponent has 5/5 deep wounds.
Heres some quick math:
Base duration= 5 sec; max deep wounds = 3 sec.
Total duration = 8 sec
Incoming duration = 0.8sec (90% dec)
But incoming duration is lot longer. (About 2 - 2.5 sec with nicks 4th light)
Is this intended or bugged?
