Whom to pick from 7* titan nexus

So i already have a r4 jean gray and r3 yelena belova and from this nexus galan is the new champ.....

Now Is Galan really good nowadays cause I haven't really seen anyone use 7* galan in bgs plus so many new good champs are out there plus karolina also in titan which hopefully I'll pull some day .

With the recent prestige change my focus is more to dupe r4 like jean but new champion is also very tempting, so right now I am very confused is Galan the right choice cause he also need dupe to be good for those certain hard matchup
