Compensation Error made right!

The Compensation was good and I think it made up well for the last months' Bugs and other lags.
However, Some people received the Compensation more than once ( some of our ally mates got 4 to 5 times)
So instead of giving us the same compensation once more, Why don't you give us 3 more times, or just take the compensation repeated more than once to the players, and give us all once more to make it even.....
Offering these compensation once more isn't even as some people got 4 to 5 times. we are talking about the Rarest resource currently in the game, T7B Catalyst and Titan Nexus.

@Buttehrs I get your point but the people who claimed it 3 times or more shouldn't have gotten them so is it the players fault they didn't know the glitch or the glitch didn't happen for them so they weren't able to claim multiple times definitely not so is it the players who got glitched comp fault definitely not again because even if he knew it's a glitch who wouldn't try to claim it multiple times if given the opportunity heck anyone would do that so both are innocent so what should the people who didn't get it multiple times do I get it that they shouldn't demand for more but heck 2 1-2 generic gem is valuable to most thronebreaker and paragon player so they have the right to be pissed if someone got more due a glitch that was never supposed to happen in the first so whos at fault

Please don't say this again that players aren't satisfied it's was god tier but if someone got it multiple times I would be a bit frustrated as it was beyond my control to claim it multiple times like them

No, Its not that we are unhappy with the Compensation. The Compensation was Top notch, But some people got to claim those super duper rewards multiple times, 4 Times the Rewards = Free Rank 4 7 Star

I think I disagree with this point. A lucky few made the most of an unintended glitch and got extra, and speaking as someone that only got the comp once, I'm fine with not receiving it 3 more times. I think I read they're reissuing once, so that's good enough - i'd prefer the team move on and fix other areas instead of going over the same thing.

Maybe it's the fact that those who got it more than twice are basically getting 150k-200k worth of radiance out of those packages completely free while we're not? I don't think some of you are quite grasping how huge the package actually is, the titan nexus the 50 sigs the t7b and the 7* relic alone are worth well over 150k radiance (especially considering some of those can't even be bought with radiance yet). So yes, why would some of us be happy that we're missing out on a package that equals one full BGs season Mysterium placement? Sure all it takes is dangling that carrot for some of you but not for those who actually understand the value of that package and don't just go "oH AnOtHeR ShiNY TiTaN nEXu"

The better way for Kabam on this, would be

Keep track of all summoners that received more than once

If the data analysis can do an account state before and after, its possible to remove at least the Nexus Titan champion received (not if a dupped), plus some other things, as gold and catalysts that remain on inventory.

Didn't they say there's a very small fraction of players getting it more than twice?

Should have been easy banning their accounts for few hours to clawback that extra t7b and the champs they got from titan nexus. However now, it's a little more complicated for them to do that since those summoners used up those t7b and ranked up those champs but should still be possible cause they probably have a way to look at the recent actions done on an account.

They probably cann know who got the comp more than once, though I’m still a bit skeptical. Distinguishing between who got it twice versus three or more times would require resources and effort, which may explain why the clawback hasn’t happened yet. Calling it a ‘small fraction’ feels more like a rushed PR line than a confirmed fact, especially given how quickly that response came out.

For me the situation is clear. If some people have got the compensation multiple times due to a Kabam mistake - let them have it and double the compensation for other players (providing that those who ve got several packages constitute below 1% of all players) is ok. But if those players get the multiple compensation packages due to some deliberate exploit (logging in/out, taken the comp with glory overflow several times or whatever other reason that fits that category) they should get such resources clawed back (I think its not that hard to distinguish the cause of the mess). Since they have already opened the nexuses/7* relics and may be ranked up champions its almost impossible to do directly but they can get negative numbers for those additional resources until they will "cover it" through the game rewards in future (they are still having an advantage of getting those resourses earlier that they should have). And yes it will take a lot of Kabam resources to fix but its their fault anyway and a big one.

Kabam have to give EXACLY the same number as the n1 (5 Times or 17 Times), or remove to them 1by1 even if they opened cristal.

I did 9.3 and Iness going to pay 400 dollars + to get the 3/4 rank gem etc (15k u) and when i saw this i Said NEVER.

So kabam should make something faster avec not give only 1 more like they Said. Qe have pocture 4/5x more avec we should find is someone havé relly more,post it and give EXACLY the same number for everyone.

Or we should boycott because it’s not normal, we wont spend 1 dollar in black friday, etc.

I dontated huge ammouts and i won’t accepte that others get this for FREE when i should pay like 10k+ dollars to get the same thigs.

The issue I see is mainly the impact on prestige if we’re going towards pushing that part of the game so much. In the long run, people getting another r4 isn’t too big of a deal, but the prestige difference with the relic, for example, is important.
