Mr. Sinister regeneration rate from sig ability
I remember some time ago Kabam said they were going to look into Mr. Sinisters sig ability in regards to the regeneration rate that was supposedly provided from the science passive and whether they were going to actually implement it and reduce his base regeneration rate to compensate or to give him some other ability for science. Did they forget about this, or just decide to leave it as is, with the science ability having no functionality?
