Who would benefit the most from a Skill Awakening Gem

I’m just trying to get some advice on who would be the best skill champion that I list below to use a skill awakening gem on them. But I would like it to reflect which one would benefit the most by simply awakening them and not necessarily having to have a large amount of sig stones. In other words who would benefit from sig level one. I had to put the screenshot in the comments because it would not add it here.

Black Panther - Sig is nice, but would want someSig stones

Yelena - Sig 1 is fine; although she's 99% a defender, so I wouldn't, personally.

Misty is surprisingly fun, but has arguably the worst Sig in the game; which only has meaningful benefits against Science champions. Awakening would be a waste.

X-bones is a really solid champ: if you use him, this is 100% the one to go for. Higher Sig is more valuable, but even Sig 1 is good to have.

Chee - also a really decent choice: gets way better against bleed-immune champions, and a decent regen against physical damage effects like Whiplash.

So, I'd say Chee or Bones; although you might consider saving it for someone better still.

crossbone - if you have the skills to keep up his fury

chielth - solid option

yelena - becomes a better def and attacker but she is in the titian for a long time so the gem could be wasted
