Is the Bahamet fight bugged on the second phase?

I’ve been attempting the Bahamet fight today and on the second phase it doesn’t show the blast reflecting to him when parried nor the charges you’re supposed to get to disable the armor.

need a green charge on your side via special into the blast first, when you have that you parry the blast
