Who to use Mutant Awakening Gem on?

Just pulled one last week and would have used it on Sinister except that I pulled Jean Grey this week. So just want to see if this awesome community can help me on the below option (and maybe a little explanation). Thanks guys.

btw, JG and Sinister are both rank 3, Storm rank 2 and rest are rank 1. Planned to park JG in AW/BG defence if the dupe helps. Use Sinister for AW attack and think that the dupe might help me there.
