Which 5 should I focus on for ranking up? Or should I save resources for future 7*?

You can safely rank up to 6r4 Future Antman, Kingpin, Kitty Pryde, AbsorbingMan and AntiVenom. Those are top champions that either not exist for now as 7* at all or were in a limited pool and probably appear in basic crystal at least a year from now.

Also Rank up as soon as you can your 7* Ironheart. She is one of the best Tech champions in the game and will really help you.
