Account problem (Dev help only please)

I've had a problem with my main account Called Nutm4n used to be jcjkcl
I made that acount years ago and I lost the email I've tried switching the emails but I feel like your system isn't working. They ask for the specifics like first purchase, date the account was made, old username, and address, ans I can have most of them right and just because i only got one thing wrong i csnt do it. I even send screenshot of me in the game but its still not good enough. I've been missing out on promo codes free rewards ans discounts because you guys dont want to help.
