Update Wiped/Broke Keyboard Settings on Steam, Won't Save Attempts to Fix

I was fighting the grandmaster when server issues hit. Relaunching the game several minutes later required an update. I used a revive, chucked in a couple big boy potions, and was baffled when controls were completely unresponsive, causing poor Aegon to just stand there & die. I restarted the game & checked my keyboard settings, and saw that they had been wiped. I set them back up, used another revive, and chucked in another couple big boy potions, only for controls to once again be completely unresponsive. Checking settings again revealed that they had been immediately wiped again. RIP big boy potions, game currently unplayable because fighting is impossible.

Same for me. But it's only the custom ones that aren't working. Tried the classic preset and it works.

I have the same problem. It's been 14 hours and it's still not fixed. Even if I reset the settings, it will go back to the way it was. It's very unstable. It's sad because I've been playing this game for a long time and I've never encountered anything like this

I didn't even think to check the classic preset considering the reason I use customized settings is that for me, the default settings feel extremely clunky & genuinely awful to the point that they're unusable. I'm really hoping this gets fixed (or at least acknowledged, kabam pls) ASAP; I was trying to get Act 6 completion done before stuff goes live tomorrow & there's no way I'm gonna be able to finish off the grandmaster without my customized keyboard settings. ;~;
