Game unavailabe in Vietnam

Is there anyway to download the game from android devices? Because I cant find the game in the store, tried fake ip. This is a major problem for my alliance, because some people doesnt have iphone. Please help me and my friends out!!

I have the same issue. And Kabam also reply my ticket informing that they are checking and fixing it this week.

My temporary solution is that:

Create an Google account with country as Canada/USA/etc.
Use app 1Click (or any VPN app) to change country to USA/Canada etc.
Use Chrome to access https://play.google.com/store
Search Marvel contest of champions and install from website (do not open app Play store). It may take 10 min since VPN is slow (It runs in background.) (and you may need to uninstall current Mcoc)

Hey! Same problem here. Kinda frustrating ngl, but it's good to know that Kabam is on to get this thing fixed (better be quick). Aside from that, maybe it's a good time to check out the PC version on Steam lol. It's weird, but not as bad as I thought!

From what I've been able to find online, it appears that this is a Vietnamese government issue and not an MCoC issue. Because of government restrictions on gaming, you can't actually download the game. Unlike China where the issue is Google being straight up banned, Vietnam has local regulations that seem to impact a significant number of games including MCoC. It's a fight to take up with your government.

You can continue to try a VPN to see if you can get it, but one thing to absolutely avoid is downloading it via APK - you will be banned.

At first, I think it's been banned in VN for some reasons (licence, tax, local agent etc.) and realize that it's still in Iphone's store.

Then, I think my phone is not suitable anymore → Gonna cost $$$ (Damn!)

And think 8 years playing will be over, had many fun and memories anyway 🥹

Finally, send ticket and get reply 🤭

...and think if wait till they fix, I may miss 7* 200sig Spiderman, so I try uninstall old Mcoc (it'll be invalid anyway) and use VPN to install from website. It's ok now.

Yeah Google AI answer like this, but it's still in Iphone's store, so I think it's not that reason

If you have the already updated app, can you still connect and play from Vietnam? I take a few business trips there every year and I'd hate to wind up screwing my alliance.

Hey folks, just to jump in here and echo what support said in their ticket, we're looking into what we can do but this is largely out of our hands with regards to local legislation and restrictions. When I have more info to share I will but that's where we are at currently.

Found a way around it. First, clear cache and data of Google play app on your phone. Then turn on VPN. Now go back to the store, search and update the game as normal

Once done, turn off VPN and play it since when it's installed and fulky updated, it doesn't block access from VN

well but it's not on google play anymore. using vpn is risking account to get banned. so pc is the best choice until they fix the problem.

oh don't mind this, it's taken down from iphone's store now.

The use of a VPN does not result in an account being banned. From the standpoint of playing this game, there is absolutely nothing risky about using a VPN.

I am from Vietnam too and experience the same issue, I tried VPN but it didn't allow me to download because of some strange internet connection problem. Do you know any other way around ?

Hi mate,

Uninstall old Mcoc. Then use app vpn.

2. Use Chrome to access Play.google.com/store and search Mcoc and Click Install on the picture.

(If it still not appear, create new google account with country as Canada/USA) (Must be Chrome or anything except app Play store)
