Can’t claim rewards for either objectives?

Why can’t I select or claim any of these rewards. I completed the solo objective. There is nothing letting me choose a side or select a side ????

You only get to claim the one final milestone when the event end.

Those are peak milestones, so you claim the side you end on at the end of the Event

why are people getting or able to send gifts to other players the “cure” gift but some can’t? @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex this event is very confusing. I don’t get how certain people get a choice and other have to wait until we get a gift?
In the description it says you can choose. I never got a choice.
