How many people are missing the free key from the webstore?

I claimed it from the webstore and I received the in game mail but it seems to be missing from my inventory and the same thing happened to someone else from my alliance. I already send a ticket but I am curious if it happened to more people

It doesnt show in inventory, just click on the loot box and redeem

I don't even have a working web store.

It's such a common occurrence to go there and nothing is listed when logged in.
