Who to Rank 4 ?

Was gonna enter the new EQ but saw that I need 842 prestige to get the next milestone , so decided to do some R4 , can do 2 with mats and have one 3-4 basic + 1 3-4 mystic ( holding for Nico ) .
I have sent the SS of both my current R4 and my R4 options , who would you all recommend
Pulled a yelena too but don't know if she is worthy unduped .
Would like your help and does anyone know how many R4 would I need to reach that extra 842 prestige.
