How do I switch sides?

Does anyone know how to switch to the cure?

I went with hunger for fun, but then I realized cure is winning by a landslide.

Does someone from my alliance need to give me the cure, or do I need to do someting else?

You have to be gifted the cure from someone. This whole event is ridiculous. Another seemingly fun idea with just awful execution. Infection is at such a crazy disadvantage because no one is picking it, and we have to hope we get gifted a cure if we want the same rewards everyone else is going to get. Terrible all around.

That's a little pessimistic from my perspective. It's just a fun take on an Event.
