Explain to me why my grand masters grace reset even though we were specifically told it would not !

Of course I plan on saving my grace once I find out Dracula was being released lo and behold I sign in today. I go to purchase some crystals for Dracula and my grace has reset. Where is their integrity? Someone please do something about this or send me my Dracula. This is unacceptable.

It looks like you bought the wrong Crystals there.
Those are Paragons, see how it says 150 instead of 120?

Send a message to support when you can and ask for a refund on these. The Valiant Crystals should still be at 29 if you haven't opened any past the time you took the screenshot of the Nico crystals.

What should I do about not getting the First Appearance version when I pulled a 7 star Dracula (not a Grandmaster's Grace pity pull)? I sent in a ticket, but the response read like it was run through Google Translate a few times and wasn't clear if anything was going to be done. I doubt I am the only person this happened to. I assume the count reset since I pulled him before the pity pull, but I'm not getting more crystals just to see.
