Unable to claim Hunger or Cure event's rewards

Hi Community,

I don't know how the new events are working as I don't see any option to claims the rewards for both Hunger and Cure. Can someone help me in getting those rewards?

You get only peak milestone. So, after the event ends whichever team you are on, the top reward you see that one reward you will get, not all of them.
